Fresh out of the bright beer tank.
Hop Tornado IPA - Deep orange color. Slightly hazy. Huge aroma. A whirlwind of fruity esters, floral, citrus, alcohol, toffee and malt. Flavor is just more of the same with some alcohol warmth and a nice hop scraping on the finish. The body is pretty light for a beer with an OG of 1.063, hence all the alcohol. Not that I'm complaining.

Really like this one... I feel like you've almost got a style that distinguishes the Brady's brews across the board as flavorful in whatever direction but with some modest restraint... I never feel that "Whoa, there's SO much (this, that, or the other thing) in this that it's interesting but almost undrinkable" feeling I sometimes get when sampling much of what's out there. You're not boring, but you are somewhat balanced (perhaps, like me, you've never been accused of that before?).
One of the mantra's I keep repeating to home brewers and my brewing assistants is - 'Less is More"
Words to brew by.
